L'association paritaire pour la santé et la sécurité du travail du secteur affaires sociales is a Quebec organization that supports healthcare and social workers. I made a series of posters in French and English designed to remind hospital workers to think about common pain points they encounter. I interviewed the healthcare professionals and learned that staff (including doctors) need to be reminded to wash their hands, use the proper equipment to move patients, and be kind to each other at work.
