"Association paritaire pour la santé et la sécurité du travail du secteur affaires sociales" is a Quebec organization that deals with the health and safety of healthcare and social services workers. I interviewed staff and management, and learned their pain points and patterns of injury. We crafted info posters to line hospital hallways to remind workers to use the proper equipment in patient care to avoid injury, and to remind people that aggression has no place in the workplace. The above poster says essentially: "Back Pain: It's too Much".
